The enable pin “EN” will disable the device when HI (Vcc) and enable when LO (GND). The onboard jumper can be left open to allow external control of enable/disable of the module. There are two potentiometers on the module one controlling operating frequency (centred at 38 kHz) the other controlling intensity. The detector was designed for 38 kHz and the onboard oscillator circuit is based on a 555 timer.
The GP2Y0A02 uses a 3-pin JST PH connector that works with our 3-pin JST PH cables for Sharp distance sensors (not included); the top picture on the right shows a shorter-range Sharp analog distance sensor with one of these cables. These cables have 3-pin JST connectors on one end and are available with pre-crimped male pins, pre-crimped female pins, and with unterminated wires on the other end.

ADXL335 is a Breakout board based on 3 axis ADXL335 IC from Analog Devices. The Accelerometer Module require no external devices and works on 5V power supply. It can be directly interfaced to ADC of a microcontroller without any external components.
This module can be used to sense motion or tilt(in case of non moving) in 3 axis.This is the latest in a long, proven line of Analog Sensors- the holy grail of accelerometers. The ADXL335 is a triple axis MEMS accelerometer with extremely low noise and power consumption - only 320uA! The sensor has a full sensing range of /-3g The burst echo to return to the sensor. By measuring the echo pulse width, the distance to target can easily be calculated.
